On behalf of the HA Inc. and the Executive Commttee for the HA 2007 International Conference in Amterdam, we would like to than you very much for your presentation 'Deciding under Pressure' on Monday July 9. Your presentation was entertaining and also carried an important message for all ofus.
Your contribution was highly appreciated by those that were present. We also very much appreciated your contribution to our profession. Coincidently, we found out that you and Mr. V os er, the CFO of Shell who presented the next day, were old friends. Had we known, we surely would have honored that coincidence. Furthermore, we would like to apologize sincerely for the inconvenience caused by scheduling your presentation as a luncheon speech. Y our presence and presentation overcame the circumstances in the luncheon room. We cannot make up for that inconvenience to the level that is appropriate but would like to assured you that we wil most certainly learn from this lesson and carefully scrutinize our policies for the future.
